Haji
Adinin and Sons (B) Sdn Bhd (HAS) is part of Adinin
Group of Companies, which comprises ten companies. Over
the years the Adinin Group has diversified its activities
to consolidate its position in Brunei. Each company
of the Adinin Group supports one another to maximize
the group synergy and performance.
The
present Chairman, being the founding Director of, Haji Adinin
and Sons (B) Sdn Bhd, started this company in 1983. He was
Managing Director till January 1994 when he transferred his
responsibilities to the present Managing Director and he remained
as Chairman of the company.
At
present, HAS has three departments viz. Construction &
Contracts, Trading & Manufacturing and
IT & Telecom Services. The principal
activities of these three departments are:
1.
Trading and Manufacturing
This
division offers the following services:
Supplies
equipment and materials of a specialized nature i.e.
associated with client’s operations.
Produces
pre-cast concrete products such as concrete pavers,
kerbstones, hollow blocks and Dutch patented concrete
blocks for use in coastal/slope protection.
2.
Construction and Contracts
This
division offers the following services:
Civil
& Building Construction
Environmental
Remediation and Maintenance projects, i.e. Water Treatment
Plant, Sewer Treatment Plant, Dam, barrage, Water Pipeline,
Submarine Pipelines, Sludge Lagoons, Earthworks, Drainage,
Landscaping, roads, Buildings, Infrastructure Works,
River Training Works, Pumping Stations, Telemetry System,
Mechanical, Electrical & Instrumentation Works,
etc.
Also,
remediation of hydrocarbon contaminated soil & sludge
using thermal and bio technologies.
3.
IT & Telecom services
This
division offers the following services:
